Chairman Anthony Pancella, III


Anthony “Tony” Pancella III is a life-long resident of North Lindenhurst where he was born on November 13, 1960 to Anthony Jr. and Lorraine Pancella. He attended the Lindenhurst
Public Schools, and then the College of Insurance in Manhattan and SUNY Old Westbury. After working with ABC Network News as a Production Associate, in 1984 Tony co-founded Security Professionals Inc., an investigations and security guard firm now located in West Babylon, where he is currently the owner and President.

Tony entered politics in 1989, and after running numerous campaigns and assisting in many others, he became a Zone Leader in 1991 representing North Lindenhurst, East Farmingdale, and Wheatley Heights. In 1999, Tony became the Vice Chairman of the Babylon Town Republican Committee, and in 2005 became the Chairman. In October 2009, Tony became the Vice Chairman of the Suffolk County Republican Committee and is proud to be serving in that capacity under Chairman John Jay LaValle.

Since 1991, Tony has been active as a coach in Little League baseball and softball, CYO Basketball, youth football, and has helped generate funds for these organizations. He is also active in local charities. He is an avid sports, music, and fine dining enthusiast, and he enjoys vacationing with his large group of family and friends.

Tony has been a member of the New York State Security Guard Advisory Council since 1996 having been appointed by Governors Pataki, Spitzer, and Patterson.​

Tony still resides in North Lindenhurst with his wife Laura of more than 25 years, his son Anthony Matthew, daughter Jamie, and mother Lorraine. His eldest daughter Michelle lives in Fort
Myers with the real stars of the family, granddaughter Ariana and grandson Sean.
